- International shipping starts at 16.90 Euro. Please note that you will be responsible for all taxes and customs related costs in the destination country.

- In case we have to resend the shipment the customer have to shoulder the additional shipping fees of 7.90 Euro.
We advise you to check the destination country’s law relating to importing e-cigarette products, such as import taxes, duties and compliance, before placing orders. Some products may require special licenses or permits to import and we won’t be responsible for products rejected or confiscated by your local customs. No refund in such cases.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please make sure, to include the order number in all correspondence regarding returns.
If you has received items that were damaged in transit or they are faulty, please get in contact with us as soon as possible. The items will be eligible for replacement or refund.
Errors and shortages must be notified within 3 days of receipt.
In the event that you has received a faulty item, you must notify us within 3 days. If you inform us of the faults after the 3 day period, then we are unable to accept returns.
Prior to contacting us regarding a faulty or damaged product, please provide us as much information as possible, including pictures when possible. This will help us to get the situation resolved as quickly as possible.
If you change your mind and wishes to return the item, please inform us immediately. In this instance, we can only accept returns if the items are in brand new and unused condition. The buyer will be liable for returns costs.
If the returned product is not in the condition in which it was shipped, then we reserve the right to refuse the return, or to issue a partial refund after assessing the items for damages.
Returned orders can be resend only after paying for a new delivery.
Refund is made minus shipping fee 7.90 Euro & minus return shipment 10.- Euro fee when we received the shipment back at our warehouse. Only possible to the previously used credit card or bank account .
We provide a 90 days warranty for all products from the date of purchase, except for e-liquids and clearance products, for which warranty does not apply.
We will do our best to be fair in all instances, and to help you resolve any problems that you may experience.
